We use ShowingTime Appointment Center for scheduling showings. You’ll receive text notifications for appointment requests that include all the agents information, which you can confirm or reschedule easily from your phone. If there are tenants or additional people to notify, we can include them. The system is customizable to fit your needs so we can block off times you don't want showings and etc.
We recommend using the Supra lockbox for secure access, allowing only realtors to enter with a confirmed appointment. Alternatively, you can choose to be home for showings. The easier it is to show your property, the more offers you’re likely to receive.
After each showing, we follow up for feedback and keep you informed every step of the way. We monitor key metrics like online views and favorites to gauge interest and adjust our strategy as needed. More views lead to more showings, more offers, and ultimately, a better selling price.
