Once we've agreed on the listing price and terms, we move forward with the marketing process.

We schedule a professional photographer to capture high-quality images and create a detailed floor plan. Additionally, we can include video tours and drone footage to showcase your property in the best light. Quality visuals are crucial for attracting serious buyers.

Step 3: Listing on CoStar

Your listing goes live on CoStar, which is essentially the MLS of commercial properties on steroids. It is the platform used by all the large firms and big time players, and we invest heavily to be a part of it. If you prefer to remain discrete, we can restrict access to industry professionals only, ensuring that even if someone googles the address, they won't find anything. This approach is incredibly effective for maintaining privacy while reaching qualified buyers.

We require proof of funds from potential buyers before scheduling any showings. This step ensures that we are only dealing with qualified buyers/investors, saving you time and effort. Once verified, we coordinate and manage all showings, keeping you informed at every stage.
